WHO WE ARE
Britany Rodarte MPH, RD, CLEC, Founder and Executive Director
Registered Dietitian
Britany studied Nutrition & Food Sciences at Cal State San Bernardino, and completed her Master’s in Public Health with an emphasis in Community Health Sciences at the University of California, Los Angeles. She has dedicated her life to fighting health disparities and improving lives through healthy food.
Lorenzo Rodarte, PLA, Secretary and Treasurer
Landscape Architect
Lorenzo was educated at Cal Poly Pomona, and has over ten years of experience in the field of Landscape Architecture. He brings vast knowledge of sustainable systems, California native plants, and the built environment’s effect on the wellbeing of communities.
Melinda Marshall, MD, OBGYN, Board Member
Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist
Melinda received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley, and continued on to Boston University School of Medicine. Her residency was completed through the University of California, Irvine. Melinda is a proud and active supporter of marginalized, women’s, and LGBTQ+ rights.
Bjorn Hess, JD, Board Member
Lawyer and Entrepreneur
Bjorn recieved his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and his J.D. from Texas Tech.
